Thank you for shopping with GCR Storyline Gaming Apparel. We strive to deliver quality, personalized products to every customer. Our return policy is aligned with our fulfillment partner, Printful, and includes specific terms to ensure a smooth experience for you.

 

 

📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If your claim is deemed an error on our part or Printful’s part, it will be covered at no cost to you.

To initiate a claim or return, please contact us or email arskinsandsymbols@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

 

 

📍 Return Address

All returns are processed through our fulfillment partner’s facilities. The default return address is the Printful facility. If an incorrect or custom return address is used, you may be liable for any loss or failed return.

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

 

 

🚫 Return Exceptions

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size is not eligible for refund, unless approved at our discretion.

  • Items such as face masks or other sealed goods are non-returnable due to health/hygiene standards.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

We believe in fair returns — the more you buy, the more flexible we are:

Note: These restocking fees are waived if the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.

 

 

🌍 International Orders & Tariffs

International customers may be subject to return tariffs or customs fees, depending on your country’s policies.

  • Return tariffs are reduced the more you buy — larger orders allow for greater return flexibility and lower processing costs.

  • For orders with 10 or more items, we will cover up to 50% of international return fees upon request with proof of cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details on return tariffs.

 

 

📮 Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • If a wrong or insufficient address is provided, your order will be returned. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed shipments will be returned and reshipped at your expense (if applicable).

 

 

🇧🇷 For Customers in Brazil

In compliance with Brazilian law, you may request to return an item within 7 consecutive days of receipt if unused and undamaged. Contact us with photos and order details to begin the process.
